What’s your field? #MyFieldByUhip
5 October 2026
What’s your field? Where do you feel your best, recharge your energy and feel completely present? For many of us, the answer is close to our animals. Maybe on horseback through the forest, along a trail with your dog by your side, or in an open field where time seems to stand still for a while. With Field, Uhip wants to inspire you to find your place, the one where you can recharge and feel your best.

There are places where we breathe a little deeper. Where our thoughts slow down and time seems to matter a little less. For many of us, it’s at the stable, in the arena, along a forest trail or on a long walk with the dog. Places where we can leave the noise of everyday life behind and simply be for a while.
That is one of the reasons our relationship with animals means so much to us. They get us outside, keep us moving and help us stay present. But perhaps most importantly, they help us find our way back to ourselves.
The Wellbeing of Being Around Animals
Research also suggests that our relationships with animals can support our wellbeing in several ways:
🐶 Less stress: Interacting with animals can help reduce perceived stress and promote a sense of calm.
🚶 More movement: Dog ownership in particular is associated with more everyday physical activity and regular walks.
❤ Greater wellbeing: Animals can contribute to positive emotions, a sense of comfort, meaning and connection.
🤝 Companionship and social connection: Animals provide companionship and can create natural opportunities to connect with other people.
Time Well Spent, Together
For many of us, our animals are the reason we get outside. It’s not about performance or counting kilometres. It’s simply about moving, exploring and spending time together.
A horse doesn’t care about today’s meetings, overflowing inboxes or endless to-do lists. A dog doesn’t worry about tomorrow. They are here. In the moment.
And maybe that’s exactly what we need sometimes. A reason to put everything else aside and just go.
For a rider, it might be an early morning at the stable, a ride through the forest or those quiet moments after a ride, when your horse stands beside you and lets out a contented sigh.
For a dog owner, it might be an everyday walk that turns into a longer adventure through the woods, across an open field or along a trail you’ve never explored before.
It doesn’t have to be far or extraordinary. Sometimes, it’s the simple movement, the fresh air and the company that make us feel a little lighter when we get home.
What’s your field?
In a world that never really slows down, we all need a place where it does.
Away from the noise. Away from the rush. Closer to what truly matters.
Maybe your place is in the saddle, on a quiet walk with your dog or at the stable. Maybe it’s somewhere where nature takes centre stage and everything else can wait for a while.
A place to breathe.
To feel connected.
To simply be.
Wherever it is, make it yours.
We all have a field.
So, what’s your field?
