Payment

We offer customized payment methods through our payment provider Adyen depending on your country. 


Your available payment options will be displayed at checkout.


Every product is shown including VAT for consumers within the EU and Norway*. No Taxes or Duties: Your order is not subject to import taxes when buying online with us. 

* For products below 3750 NOK.


For countries outside the European Union, except Switzerland, we ship delivery-duty-paid (DDP) from Sweden, meaning what you see in checkout on our website is what you will pay.


Customers are responsible for paying customs duties and VAT for orders shipped to Switzerland.


Shipping & Delivery

We normally pack and ship your order within 24 hours. Once the shipping agent has picked up the order, delivery time is about 2-4 business days.

Your package will be delivered via the method you selected at the checkout. As soon as your package is ready for delivery, you will be notified via text message or email

When your package is sent to you, you will receive an email from us that includes a tracking link. The tracking link will help you monitor your package until it reaches you.

The shipping price is calculated during checkout based on your selected shipping options.

Yes! You can easily choose your country in our country selector. If you can not find your country as an option please contact us at support@uhipwear.com and we will help you.

Exchanges & returns

At the moment we do not handle exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we kindly ask you to make a return and then place a new order.


If you want to exchange a garment that you have bought on sale (that is no longer valid), you will of course get the same price when changing size. Please send an email to support@uhipwear.com with your order number and we will do our best to help you.


Register your return via the email you receive when the package is sent/has been delivered. The email has the heading "Your order from Uhip is on its way 🚀" if you want to search for the email, please also check your spam folder.


Register your return via the email by clicking "My order..." to receive a prepaid return label and instructions sent to your email.


Once we receive your return, our warehouse team will check and register it. The handling process normally takes 2-5 working days from the time it arrives at our warehouse. Once we've processed your return, we'll notify your payment provider to adjust or refund your purchase. Please note that it might take up to 7 working days for your payment to be adjusted or refunded. Also, please note that the shipping cost is not refundable.


Uhip offers free returns when you use the prepaid return label provided by us.


You have the right to return your garment within 30 days of receiving your shipment provided that the garment is unused and still has the tags attached.


Please note that we cannot take responsibility for a return sent back in any other way than using our prepaid return label


We'd love it if you'd like to give a Uhip garment as a Christmas present. If the Christmas gift does not quite fit, we have an extended return policy until January 15 for purchases made from November 25 to December 15.

Discount codes & vouchers

You can apply your voucher/discount code at the checkout by entering it in the designated box.

No, unfortunately, different discount codes cannot be combined. If you have any questions about this, please contact us via support@uhipwear.com and we will help you further.
