What payment methods do you accept?

We offer customized payment methods through our payment provider depending on your country. Your available payment options will be displayed at checkout.

Where do I enter my promo or discout code?

You can apply your promo/discount code at the checkout by clicking "Promo" and enter the code in the designated box. Then press add.

Are VAT and custom duties included?

Every product is shown including VAT for consumers within the EU and Norway*. No Taxes or Duties; your order is not subject to import taxes when buying online with us. 
* For products below 3750 NOK.

For countries outside the European Union, except Switzerland and USA**, we ship delivery-duty-paid (DDP) from Sweden, meaning what you see in checkout on our website is what you will pay.

**For orders shipped to Switzerland and USA customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Fees are determined by U.S. and Switzerland customs and payable upon delivery. For U.S please note that customs duties can be up to 50% of the item value, depending on the product category and applicable regulations.
