At Uhip, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you encounter any issues with your Uhip product, we are here to guide you through the claims process as smoothly as possible.
We want you to feel confident about your purchase with us, which is why we offer a warranty in accordance with consumer protection legislation. At Uhip, quality is about both performance and durability, and our warranty covers original defects in materials and workmanship.
How do I make a claim?
You can easily register your claim via Uhip Friends under “Orders.”
You can also register your claim via the email you received from us titled “Your order from Uhip is on its way…” (please also check your spam folder). Click the “My order…” link in the email and register your claim.
If it’s not possible to register your claim using the options above, you’re welcome to email us at claim@uhipwear.com, and we’ll be happy to help. Please remember to include the following information:
Name, address, and phone number
Model, color, and size of the garment you are claiming
Order number or a photo of the receipt
A photo clearly showing the defect
We will get back to you within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons, campaigns, and holiday periods, processing times for claims may be slightly longer.
