Get to know Nikki
Nikki Kossek is one of those young riders whose life revolves around horses – a passion that’s been with her for as long as she can remember. She’s turning 15 this summer, but her journey in the equestrian world started much earlier. As a child, she spent countless hours at the riding school, where her love for horses was nurtured through joy, determination, and endless hours in the saddle.
At age 10, Nikki’s biggest dream came true – she convinced her mom to get her a pony of her own. That moment marked a turning point where riding became more than just a hobby; it became a way of life.
Today, Nikki rides both her amazing D-pony and a large horse that she competes with in show jumping. Her mother, Gry Forssell, shares the same deep passion for horses and is always by Nikki’s side – supporting her at the stable and cheering her on from the sidelines. Together, they share a love for horses, everyday stable life, and the dreams of what lies ahead.
