What motivates you?
Setting clear goals for each season really keeps me motivated. I also find a lot of inspiration in watching top-level riders like Laura Collett and Yasmin Ingham.

How do you prepare for competition?
Eventing is physically demanding for the horses, so it’s important to find a training strategy that provides enough preparation without overdoing it right before a competition. For example, I avoid scheduling a conditioning session too close to an event.
