Terms & conditions

When you place an order, you enter into a binding agreement with Uhipwear AB and must provide the necessary information, contact information and payment information in order for us to be able to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer. Remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that the information is correct. Uhipwear AB cannot be held responsible for any delays or problems that arise as a result of incorrect or incomplete information from you.

When an order is received, a confirmation is automatically sent by e-mail with information about the order. Uhipwear AB disclaims responsibility for delivery in cases where the stock balance was incorrect at the time of your order. If Uhipwear AB cannot deliver according to the order confirmation, you will be contacted about this via e-mail.

When you order from us, you also accept the terms for payment via Adyen and your delivery option.


For the sake of clarity, in the following text we will refer to the customer as "you", Uhipwear AB as "we" and uhipwear.com as "the website". These terms and conditions are written as a security for you as a customer, and before you make a purchase, we therefore ask you to read them carefully.

Information in the webshop

We make every effort to prevent errors on our website. However, there may be instances where the information, texts, images, graphics, and other materials may contain errors or be incomplete. If such cases arise, we shall not be responsible for any damages incurred, unless the damages are a result of our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Prices

All prices displayed include VAT and are valid until further notice, except for products included in promotional campaigns, where prices only apply during the campaign period. We may adjust prices due to changes in VAT, significant currency fluctuations, purchase prices, or new statutory fees. If an item is clearly mispriced, we reserve the right to cancel the order. At checkout, after selecting your preferred shipping method, the total cost including all fees, VAT, and shipping charges will be displayed.

Voucher/discount

For our individual customers, we offer special discount offers from time to time. To avail these discounts, you need to enter a unique discount code at the time of placing your order. Please note that these discount codes are personal and remain valid for a limited time, as mentioned in the details of each specific discount code. It's important to keep in mind that the discount code must be entered at the checkout, and it cannot be added later. Also, please note that any misuse of the discount codes may result in charges being applied to your account.

Promotions

Our promotional offers are time limited and cannot be used for orders placed before or after the promotional period. If you ordered before or after, you are unfortunately not entitled to the promotional price.

If you shopped shortly before the campaign period, you are of course welcome to return your order and repurchase your order at the discounted price. In that case, follow our return policy.

If you have purchased several items in a so-called package offer or "buy 3 pay for 2" and return parts of the offer, the invoice is adjusted to the regular price. If you want to change to another size please contact support@uhipwear.com

Right of withdrawal and returns

You always have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the time you have received the item. The item must be unused, clean and faultless upon return and all labels must remain. Remember to return the item so that it is not damaged during shipping back, please reuse the bag that your item was packed in. You register your return and thus receive your free return label via email. You will receive the link to register your return in an email in connection with your purchase.


When exchanging, you place a new order yourself on our website and then return the original item. The returned item must be unused, clean and free of defects upon return and all tags must remain. Remember to return the item so that it is not damaged during shipping back, please reuse the bag that your item was packed in. Refunds will be made as soon as possible or at the latest within 14 days after we have received the item in our warehouse and checked it. The refund applies to the cost of the returned product, any shipping costs are not refunded.


If you're considering giving a Uhip garment as a Christmas present, we think it's a great idea! However, if the garment doesn't quite fit, you can relax knowing that we have extended our right of withdrawal until January 15 for purchases made between November 25 and December 20. In case you need to exchange a product, you can simply return it and then order the desired product from our webshop.


Product out of stock

If an item that you have ordered is no longer in stock, we will promptly contact you to let you know that there is a missing item in your order. We will also refund your payment for the missing item. We do not display products that are temporarily out of stock, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies in our online store. Items that are temporarily out of stock must be ordered again at another time. We do not have the capability to automatically notify you when a temporarily out of stock item is available again.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms and price are indicated in the shopping cart, depending on which shipping method you have chosen. We normally pack your order on the same day or the day after you place your order. Normally, our orders are delivered between 1-5 days depending on which country it is sent to.


For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge the customer costs for return shipping and handling fee, currently SEK 250.

Newsletter and SMS

By placing an order in our webshop, you agree to receive our newsletter and SMS updates with exclusive offers. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in the email/SMS.

Force majeure

Uhipwear is not responsible for defects or delays caused by direct or indirect external circumstances including war, strike, accident, natural disaster, labor dispute, change of government regulation, failure to deliver from suppliers or comparable situations beyond control that could not be foreseen and affecting already signed contracts and agreement.

Privacy Policy

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal/address details. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you.


You have the right to request the personal information we hold about you at any time. If the personal information turns out to be incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the personal data be corrected or deleted.
